A Tenacious assertive, highly motivated and effective senior commercial excutive
manager, with a large diverse skill base with vast knowledge and know-how. She has been directly involved in the leading of
new market business development projects. And has been involved in various international mergers and acquisation.
From having the idea, to performing desktop studies,
market research and in country studies, to the production of the final report / overview, which is direct, informative, honest
and comprehensive.
After dealing with a
large number of international orgainzations and corporations, having the initiative to introduce new business ideas and also
sourcing new business deals to cope with the changes to the market and taking these changes and ides to the customer.
She is the type of person whom takes 100% ownership
of a project and sees it through from the idea to the closure of the deal. Olive is definitely a self starter and a highly
motivated person, who can work on her own, but she is also very much a company and a team player. She has a can do attitue
with the flexibility to change when needed.
During
her many years in the consultancy environment, she has built a strong, trusting and sustainable relationships with her clients
and colleagues. Olive
has been protecting lives and property since 1992. She has varied international and multi-cultural experience within public
companies and private corporations. Her experience is in working with a broad range of security and operational challenges
stretching from the United States, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Olive’s expertise spans physical security measures, risk management,
guard force operations, transport and storage of high value goods and development and implementation of staff training programs
and creation and audit of Standard Operating Procedure, change management and interim management. The nature of her projects
includes worldwide cash-in-transit, logistics, insurance companies, risk management companies, advisory council airlines,
banks and other commercial industries.
Since
2005 (Olive founded ISM), she has been primarily engaged in Security & Operational Consulting including the development
and implementation of effective security and operational strategies, policies & procedures to mitigate risks, business
continuity programs and the implementation of safeguards in client organizations. Additionally, Olive has conducted numerous
market research assignments for clients within various aspects of the Security Sector. She has a strong reputation for developing
comprehensive security programs through the integration of architectural, operational and technological security needs of
the client with a rigorous financial approach.
Prior
to focusing on consulting work, Olive held a number of key senior management, Operational, Security and business positions
within multinational organizations including Assistant Chief Operating Officer, Regional Manager in the South East of America,
ATM & Global Services/Valuable Cargo National Operation Manager for a leading International Cash-in-Transit and Logistic
companies.
Education: Olive has
a degree in Business Management from the Irish Institute of Management.
